Earlier this year I photographed the lovely wedding of Charlotte & James at The White Swan Hotel in Arundel. I was with them for the whole day, from getting ready until the evening reception. It was a bit of a wet one, but we still managed to get outside now and then. After the ceremony I took them both in my car down to the Arundel ruins, brollies in hand for a few of them both together. Here are a few from the day, see more here on my website
Caroline and Barry were married at Offington Park Methodist Church in Worthing. As it was a midweek wedding (and they both hate having their photographs being taken!) they opted for my Bronze coverage to include the essentials of the day. After the ceremony we headed for the White Swan in Arundel for the reception. The sun was in and out a lot but it fortunately stayed dry for them so that was great. After a couple of shots with the two of them and a handful of requests, I just managed to fit everyone in between the new flower beds and climbed up the fire escape for the main group!
On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Lisa and John at Arundel Town Hall followed by reception at The White Swan Hotel, also in Arundel. Sun was in and out so all was well. I took a few shots of Lisa getting her hair done, along with a few of the details before heading to the Town Hall to meet up with John and the guests arriving. After the ceremony we headed out onto the balcony for a few groups before heading to the reception where I took some portraits of the two of them together.
On Saturday I photographed the wedding of Kerry & Richard at St Michael’s Church, Amberley Castle & The White Swan Hotel, Arundel. We were very lucky with the weather, even though it clouded over at times, it didn’t stop play at all. Coverage began at Amberley Castle with Kerry getting ready before heading round the corner to St Michael’s church to see Richard and the guests arrive in an old classic London bus. After the ceremony we headed back to Amberley Castle for reception drinks and a few photographs before going on to the White Swan Hotel for the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. I will be processing the RAW images throughout the coming week. Update: Here are a few shots from the day…
